My name is Aryeh, and I am a Fellow of Judaic Studies at Lawrence University. My primary field is ancient Jewish literature, namely the Hebrew Bible, the Dead Sea Scrolls and other Second Temple Literature and rabbinic literature. I am also interested in Philosophy of Law (which I studied as part of my work on the legal texts of Qumran) and Philosophy of Religion. My major theoretical interests are intention (philosophical, psychological, legal), rhetorics of separation (positive and negitive) and cultural/communal constructions of space.
I have listed some of my preferences, a cultural map of myself if you will, on my Blogger profile. Further professional information can be found on my homepage.
I can be contacted by e-mail, or through Facebook and academia.edu.
